  • USP (unique selling point) - The original concept that will sell your product/service: For example, internet cafes have a great USP - get a coffee while your surf the web!
  • Start-up Equity - The finance the business has to start up.
  • ABN (Australian Business Number) - A number used when registering for tax.
  • IP (Intellectual Property) - Your valuable ideas and creations, including writing, inventions, business concepts.
  • Customer profile - A description of the characteristics and wants of your customers.
  • Promotion - Informing customers and the public about your biz.
