Holding down a full time desk job just isn't Jessica Kiely's style - because she'd prefer to run the company! Which would explain why Jessica runs two successful companies - Youth 2 Youth and New Horizon Tutoring, her first ever business that she created at the age of 21. Jessica's key passions are equipping young people with the skills to turn their ideas into a new business venture or community project, inspiring other young people to protect our environment and create eco-friendly initiatives, and to work in collaboration with other passionate young people in business.

As Co-Director at Youth 2 Youth, Jessica is responsible for Y2Y's finance & legals, business and program development. An Economics graduate who majored in education and psychology, Jessica is also a dance teacher (in her spare time!), an Australian delegate for the Ship for World Youth program sailing the Pacific for two months with 200 inspiring international young people, and is a 2005 NSW Telstra Young Business Woman of the Year Finalist.

For Karen Miles, following the 'traditional' path from school-to-uni-to-employee left her highly accomplished but wondering what else there was to life! Now running two businesses of her own, Karen has combined her passion for writing and communication with empowering and skilling up other enterprising young people.

As Co-Director at Youth 2 Youth, Karen looks after Y2Y's Marketing, Brand Management, PR, website content, and our Ignite newsletter, as well as program development. She also runs her own media business as a freelance magazine Editor and journalist. Her first book 'Career Advice you wish your mum had told you', providing inspiring and genuine career advice for young women, is available nationally through Dymocks and all good bookstores. Karen has a Bachelor of Business Degree and is a member of the National Council of Women of Australia.

As Y2Y's Team Manager Anna La Grassa ensures our team has everything it needs to succeed! Anna makes sure everything for our workshops and events runs smoothly - from booking facilitators, and looking after our clients, to sourcing fun new workshop games and Editing IGNITE. Anna's background is in Youth Councils, working on Willoughby's Youth Council (NSW) for the last 5 years. Anna has a Diploma of Community Services (Youth Work) and is on the Youth Advisory Board for the Inspire Foundation's ACT NOW program.
